Ignore metadata file copy if metadata directory not existing in source #64

If metadata directory does not exist in source, then ignore the copy during model transform.

@daniel-thom I found it just need one line change to it compatible with history data without metadata directory, but it creates an empty Metadata directory in transformed disco models, would it be okay with you?
