Add generic models for power-flow simulations

This PR addresses the following:

• Previous documentation did not instruct users on how to store time-series data as well as thermal and voltage summary metrics.
• Adds the ability to run snapshot and time-series power-flow simulations on static user models (no disco transform-model).
