Fixed some bugs in the Synergi reader including:

  1. Separate PV, transformers, capacitors into different feeder folders.
  2. Write load use KVA information when KW/KVar information is not available.
  3. Add connecting elements for PV systems.

Have changed power factor to 0.95 and committed that change to the Synergi reader.
