Synergi to OpenDSS - kVAR values are not being updated #351

Hi:

When converting from Synergi to OpenDSS, the kVAR values are not being read and set to the default of 0.001(kVAR). Other values (kV, name, bus) were converted correctly. Please see the image below for reference - instead of 400kVAR, the output in OpenDSS shows the default values.

Also, the associated cap bank controls are translated correctly.
