GLM to OpenDSS Conversion Issues #352

Hi,

I have been trying to convert the glm files of PNNL taxonomy feeders into openDSS files. But the openDSS files are missing important information after the conversion. For example, the capacitor file is missing the bus information or the transformer is missing the kVA information in openDSS version.
