Cmatrix lost after conversion CYME to OpenDSS #383

Hi,

I've noticed that after I convert any feeder from CYME to OpenDSS that DiTTo does not transfer the Cmatrix in the LineCode. Only the X and R matrix are converted.

Would it be possible to include this in future versions? I perform transient analysis studies on distribution systems in which line shunt capacitance plays an important role.
