@tarekelgindy I cannot merge but this looks good to go. I have tested it on my mac. (The mac tests are waiting on resource, probably a shortage of macs in github servers - maybe we should cut the mac test to only the latest python version?)

Yea this does look good - mind if I add a specific version here as well? I'll merge this after I merge #401. I agree that running the macOS tests might be overkill...
