@tarekelgindy can you please take a look at this and my other open PRs? I have some more fixes for the CYME reader coming so it would be helpful to be able to start from master branch rather than continuing to build on this stack.

Ok. Also looks like .save() has been deprecated from the XlsxWriter as well and needs to be updated. I'll make that change here now.
