so I added some sections in the wiki (to start with). let's try to add contents in there and hopefully we could finish this by end of FY20. so contents will be based on whatever are available within FY20. I'm listing out sections below and assigning you two sections. One is the NMEC we both worked on. And the other is non-routine event measures. I'm especially assigning this to you since it could be a chance for you to also understand how OS measures are defined and applied to the building models. Eventually, we might have to modify some of the workflow around this non-routine event measures (in FY21), so would be great if you could take some time understanding the workflow. Let's not wait on this until the end of FY20, and maybe take a stab at it at least once in every two weeks.
