updates based on testing with SF data #163

workflow testing for preparing the demo with LBNL/SFDE
using SF data (the very first data we received) as an input source
tested step 1 through 4
added latitude/longitude info manually into the SF data
reorganized the structure of files
corrected several (not many) lines that were not working as intended
made changes in README.md
made changes in Gemfile
made changes in constants.rb
made changes in Rakefile
made changes in gitignore
removed retrofit measures when generate_xmls is executed
