In its current form, we calculate the current first, then the voltage. The voltage isn't then included in the calculation of current for the next iteration.
This means that degradation doesn't actually impact the operation of the electrolyzer (e.g. the rate of hydrogen production stays the same even as the electrolyzer gains voltage degradation.)
