Use FLORIS tools for layout visualizations #181

As discussed here, we are moving wind farm layout visualization tools to the FLORIS repository.

This process began with PR 805 on FLORIS. This PR finishes that process by removing layout visualization tools from FLASC and redoing examples to use the FLORIS versions.

It supersedes #174.
