Small feature to allow the user to shade a region on a layout plot. Minimal impact to other code.

I've added example usage to examples/layout/layout_visualization.py

Ready to merge.

UPDATE: Nevermind any of this, I thought this a FLORIS pull request and somehow forced this into FLORIS, making a crazy mess
