No way to indicate that Space below_floor_plenum_height etc are not set #284

Looking at the schema these fields of Space allow for null values and have no default, however they seem to be exported as 0. Is there a way to show in the app and on export that they are not set (and therefore should use the Story's value)?

Applies to fields that exist at the Story and Space levels:

below_floor_plenum_height
floor_to_ceiling_height
above_ceiling_plenum_height
floor_offset
