Usability improvements #299

Some usability improvements to consider:

Add shortcuts/hotkeys
Better handling of diagonal perimeter zone intersections
Performance improvement on larger drawing. After the first few floors, the drawing area became slightly laggy and mouse click would occasionally not register
Windows can be defined easily but doesn't seem to be exported and imported correctly into SketchUp

Will have to break these up into separate tickets but I think we want to address many of these for 0.8 milestone
