import_gbxml in OpenStudio 3.3.0 results in UUID names for some spaces #103

This impacts downstream advanced_import_gbxml measure.

@axelstudios 3.4.0 doesn't put uuid in but it isn't same behavior as 2.8 which used space name. Instead it now always uses the space ID name. 3.4.0 makes it through advanced_import_gbxml with warnings for spaces not associated.

Closing since we're on 3.4.0 now, and I'll make a new ticket for the 3.4.0 behavior
