Fix error that occurs when there's no building name in gbxml #120

This issue was found in response to Jira Issue INSIM-2926 from Celeste Galvez. There is an error that occurs with the associated gbXML file in the import_gbxml measure when attempting to set the building_name to the name (displayName once imported into OpenStudio) of the building object in the gbXML file.

Note that this issue was already fixed in this repo and a new issue was created in the InsightStudioMeasures repo to fix this there.
