Close #126.

Requires OpenStudio >=3.5.0, so this can be merged after Autodesk incorporates OpenStudio 3.6.0.
After this is merged, the add_xml_output_control_style and gbxml_to_openstudio_cleanup measures should be removed in a separate PR after this is tested.
