openstudio-results does not respect user unit choice for Annual Overview Energy Use by Fuel table #150

Autodesk reported mismatch between total annual end-use consumption and total by fuel type. The measure unit choice was 'SI', but the total fuel values were the result of converting GJ to KBtu.
