Add logic to determine whether an air system operates as a DOAS or not #83

On importing a gbXML file in the gbxml hvac import measure, an air system should have it's state set as to whether it should build as a DOAS or a traditional VAV system. The logic should happen as follows: The air system should operate as a traditional air system unless any zone has multiple zone equipment where one is an air system based zone equipment (i.e. VAV box) that draws ventilation then the air system should be a DOAS

There are obviously some weird scenarios that could arise, but we can log those here and translate them to UI/UX stories on Autodesk's side.

Per our conversations, I think this is something that needs to be specified in the system creation in Revit.
