Saves all datetime information in ISO-8601 date+time format (instead of the 3+ different formats that PLEXOS stores different dates/times in by default). This is a breaking change, so the package version is updated to 0.5.
Also updates installation instructions and removes the old Peregrine auto-installer script in favor of an Eagle environment module.
