Notebooks updated to include NSRDB: 02-NSRDB-introduction (new) 03-WTK-NSRDB_comparision (updated to use HSDS data instead of pre-pulled data) 04-data-export (nsrdb examples added) Data is currently not available via the prod service, will update request once we point the prod bucket to nrel-pds-hsds

Production server has been updated and NSRDB is now live
