I'd like to move the OpenFAST turbine models use in the OpenFAST regression tests from the r-test repository to here. This would allow for these models to serve as both example models and test cases, and it would provide one common location where the models are kept up to date with the OpenFAST API (i.e. input file changes).
Requirements before using with OpenFAST regression tests

[ ] Allow this repository's branches to track the OpenFAST branches so that dev here matches the API of dev in OpenFAST
