The meter named DistrictHeating was renamed to DistrictHeatingWater. https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio/issues/5101 should address the issue of creating the meters on translation to IDF. After that is fixed, the OpenStudio Results measure needs to be updated to use the new meter name as well. OpenStudio Results should allow using either the new meter name or the old meter name for backwards compatibility.
