Replacements:

OsLib_HelperMethods.createRunVariables -> runner.getArgumentValues
OsLib_HelperMethods.check_upstream_measure_for_arg -> runner.getPastStepValuesForName
OsLib_HelperMethods.checkDoubleAndIntegerArguments -> arg.setMinValue and arg.setMaxValue (and runner.validateUserArguments)
