Currently while the ruby library for this is in the extension gem the measure uses its own copy. There are a few other non-generic versions of this some developed by external organizations. When I first tried to use the ext gem I hit issue linking back to the report.html.erb file. That file could be put on ext gem as well if it is consistent between organizations.
This can be sometime after 3.1 release. Not a critical fix. It may also included adding file to extension gem if the erb has to be moved there.
