remove check_ and CreateResults from core dir #148

For QAQC measure newer versions of these are in the measure. They should either be removed from measure and updated here, or these removed. I'm leaning to removing them from extension gem since they will pretty active for a while. The other flavors of QAQC measures have not been developed for a while so generic one in common measure is main one, but there is another in ComStock I need to look at. https://github.com/NREL/openstudio-extension-gem/tree/develop/lib/openstudio/extension/core

@mdahlhausen and @asparke2 can you confirm these files are not used? I was going to make this change after the release for OS 3.4

We don't require any other gems besides openstudio-standards in ComStock.
