use unix paths in 'add_distributed_ice_storage_to_air_loop_for_load_flexibility' #4

The Add Distributed Ice Storage to Air Loop for Load Flexibility measure doesn't work because none of the arguments are displayed, which is caused by the Windows path to the \resources folder (\r is a carriage return in Ruby).

OpenStudio App v1.0.1 on Ubuntu 18.
