SimplifyGeometryToSlicedBar functions should be in create_bar_from_model #12

SimplifyGeometryToSlicedBar was an early prototype of what eventually became create_bar_from_model. After confirm no functionality is missing and that nobody is using SimplifyGeometryToSlicedBar remove it from the repository.

Both on are on BCL now, should remove one there when remove from repo
