Example notebook not running #1

The example notebook uses the pySMARTS.SMARTSTimeLocation() function as the first input. However, this function requires nine input values which are not supplied by the notebook example. image

I think I might have fixed it on the last commit, but I have no way of testing it as it is not in my loaner's environment variable. Yeepee.
