Could not find SMARTS2 executable #2

I've downloaded and installed SMARTS_295. I set a PC environment variable called 'SMARTSPATH' to the install directory of smarts295bat.exe. I'm still getting a Could not find SMARTS2 executable error.

Oops, nevermind. My system required a restart after setting the user path variable as above. Disregard!
