Include flag in generation module to write mapped gids instead of resource gids. #393

Why this feature is necessary: Example problem - using new rev generation output (with nsrdb 3.2+) with old supply curve output (from nsrdb 3.0) results in mismatching gids.

A possible solution is: Add flag to write mapped gids to output meta instead of original resource gids.
