Integrate more closely with ReEDS to supply scenarios:

Add regional and temporal flexibility to ReEDS
Pull data from reV and do Regional/Temporal aggregations

Tech (reV Gen Run):

Utility PV
DPV
Wind
Offshore Wind

Class (Defaults in reVX):

Wind = TRGs
PV = Irradiance Bins

Rep-profiles:

One per class per region (for now)

Regional Aggregation:

KMneans clustering within each class and region
What is clustered on (Capcost Transmission is default).

Temporal mapping:

Time-slice mapping provided by ReEDs
Compute CF means and STD for each timeslice

So one thing I was confused about is whether the timeslices are consecutive. Like can a timeslice be a given week? Or weekend morning hours of a given week? The former would be easy to put in a config (just hour breakpoints), the latter would need a csv input.

Sadly it sounds like they are not consecutive, but more TMY like, for example, one might be 6am-12pm every day in the spring
