Add AMI + modified tsvs from resstock-estimation refactoring/opt

Pull Request Description

Using the traditional method of copying files over from resstock-estimation, add AMI and other modified tsvs from a recent set of resstock-estimation PRs refactoring and optimizing tsv_making processes.
