Remove dependency graphs and wheels #1023

Pull Request Description

This removes the dependency graphs and wheels. They are outdated. We have better tools in resstock-estimation for visualizing dependencies.

Also updated the ResStock 3.0.0 release date in the CHANGELOG.md to Feb 2, 2023.
