18 project_testing samples (below) show reduced duct area. Indeed none of them have a central heating or cooling system that serves 100% of the load. Results look good. No project_national samples were affected, which either means the number of samples on the CI are not high enough, or that this situation doesn't occur in the baseline runs. Indeed it should be reasonably uncommon.
