Pull Request Description

Change the rated annual consumption of refrigerator and misc extra refrigerator in options_lookup.tsv According to the definition of Energy Factor (EF) of refrigerator, EF=1/(Rated Annual Consumption/365day/volume of the fridge) https://www.nrel.gov/docs/fy18osti/68670.pdf The volume of the refrigerator in ResStock is assumed to be 20.9ft3. Based on the EF defined in the options, the rated annual consumption of refrigerator is recalculated.
