Pull Request Description

Test https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio-HPXML/pull/1463.

Also:

• Update options_lookup.tsv set ducts_supply_location and ducts_return_location to either "crawlspace" or "attic" (for applicable options)
• For "Foundation Type" upgrades in the example yml files, remove the portion that explicitly sets the duct location
