Include run folder name for local run #1140

Ran ResStock locally 8 building types, 2 upgrades with timeseries outputs. My outputs look like this (up to run 10 data) with everything looking normal and no errors:

Local Run File Structure

There is a need to include run folder name in "results-xxx.csv" showing which upgrades and building_ids correspond to which runs, but is currently not available for local runs.

@katelynstenger I attempted to resolve this in https://github.com/NREL/resstock/pull/1138. Can you checkout the latest develop, and verify whether the above is still an issue for you?
