Testing

This feature was tested using a base branch at 87bfe1aeb9d117fbad6f33793a5497d6f7dd7d71 and this feature branch at d741ae7421b8bfc5284b6869eed175804f029f77.

Upgrades: ResStock was run with these upgrades for both the base and feature branch.

Impacts: The results showed that there was impacts to heating, cooling, heating fans and pumps, cooling fans and pumps, backup heating, backup fans and pump end-uses.

Here is a table summarizing the average impact across the datapoints simulated. In general, the results are going to be very sensitive to the specific SEER & HSPF levels that were chosen different performance levels may have a slightly different impact due to the change of the performance curves to better reflect the NEEP database.
