Pull Request Description

Addresses #1154. Tests https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio-HPXML/pull/1584 and https://github.com/NREL/OpenStudio-HPXML/pull/1558. Supersedes #1179.

Create a new test yml file with the following upgrade scenarios:

ASHP to homes that are ducted
MSHP to homes that are not ducted
