The issue is linked to Issue #157

Current inputs from the GUI -

Metric to optimize
Total portfolio limit
Bounds on each metric
Sense of bound on each metric

Things to consider

Total portfolio value (left-down) == Portfolio limit. Can this be joined?
Add sense of optimization
Add bounds on each investment category?
What defines the situation when there is no bound on the metric? is it 0?
Putting values on metric bounds is not working.
