Unnecessary and unused parameters in Biorefinery v1 example. #79

These indices are never used and not modeled to be read.

Can be removed.

@rjhanes If you give me the go ahead I can remove these from the indices.csv file. i already tested it and its working fine.

@TJTapajyoti If you mean there are specific parameters or metrics (etc) defined in the input datasets that aren't used within the technology model, then yes, go ahead and delete.
