[EN][Core][Mechanics] Entering Dungeon when boss still in combat (Vortex Pinnacle). #118

Description: You can enter to dungeon even if encounter is still in progress.

Current behaviour: Lets say you fight a boss. 1/2/3/4 players die, they can release and enter the dungeon without wait till wipe or till boss die.

Expected behaviour: People who try to enter the dungeon should have Red message in middle of their screen saying they cannot enter, I cannot remember exactly the sentence word by word.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

I cant reproduce this issue, it looks working (and even bugged sometimes because it wont let you in even if all players are dead in some cases) its also conflicting with report #117 which states exactly the opposite, they kite and die and then they cant go in because its still recognizing them as combat.

this might be a dungeon specific bug and not general so in order to keep investigating please tell us where did this happen?

Evidence provided on discord, it looks like it happens on vortex pinnacle.
