[CATA][NPCs] Twilight Saboteur #12

Reporter(Player/Character) Name: Boome

Description: NPCs don't have specified path finding so even when they are attacked they don't move.

Current behaviour: After attacking the mob he doesn't move.

Expected behaviour: Mob should properly move to attacking player.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Fix path finding of NPC mentioned in name of the report
