Description: Crossfaction does not work for queue together for few ingame functions (Mostly PVP)

Current behaviour: You can be in same Party with someone from other faction but you can't que together for Battleground or to join Arena.

Expected behaviour: Since it is a Crossfaction realm when Guilds, Party, BGs, Auction House, Dungeons and Raids are combined. Which means there no existed "sides" & The realm act as one piece/unit.

There is expection to able to Arena or Join BGs aswell. Example Orc Warrior & Human Paladin can open Arena team and que together. or Dwarf Shaman & Undead Priest can que together to Battleground.

Right now you recieve a Red message in middle of screen < NAME > was unavailable to join the queue.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Make party with character from Alliance and a character from Horde
  2. try to que BG or join Arena together.
  3. see message mid screen.

Not now, atm. First we need game-breaking bugs.
