Description: Volatile life drop from NPCs

Current behaviour: Volatile Life doesn't drop from any NPC There a list of NPCs and from them Volatile Life should be dropped. right now I cannot find any Volatile on AH and I decided to farm them a bit. Just couldn't and they're exclusive for Herbalism.

Expected behaviour: They should drop from specific NPCs

Steps to reproduce the problem:

20d ago any news about it? it's not hard to add Volatile Life to loot table of some NPCs. right now Volatile Life is exclusive for Herbalism profession. It should not.
