[CATA] "This item begins a quest" bug. #132

During leveling noticed that some of items that begins quest are not working as it should. Apparently it says "You don't meet requirements for that quest". http://www.wowhead.com/item=57935/harvest-watcher-heart --> This is one of such items.

I'm pretty sure that's only because you're not supposed to drop it before completing a certain quest. Once you're done with the right quest, you should be able to get the quest.
