[CATA][Spells] Flametongue Weapon buff & Thorns #14

Reporter(Player/Character) Name: Boome

Description: Flametongue Weapon & Thorns buff are doing incredible damage.

Current behaviour: Both of these buffs are doing much more damage as they should.

Expected behaviour: Buffs should have balanced damage depending on level and stats of player that casted spell (Thorns can be applied to another friendly target)

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Fix damage scalling of both of these buffs.

Theres any valid reference showing the damage that they should and not should do?

Idk about Thorns but Enhancement is outscaled in NRG Windfury proc too often Flametongue damage scale Maelstorm PPM problems Lightning shield

I opened a report about Lightning shield. with Logs I will change it to Enhancement shaman general bugs.
