Description: The quest Bilgewater Cartel Represent has teleporting issues that it shouldn't, you should just click on the banner to replace it with another one.

Current behaviour: Clicking on Naga Banner ports you inside the banner making it impossible to get out.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

  1. Accept quest 24858
  2. Click on Naga Banner
  3. Get Stuck inside, you can't get out.
